Entertainment

In-dash unit contains the latest in entertainment functionality. Drivers now have the ability to combine legacy playback from CD’s as well as next generation playback of digital media from Apple’s iPod and USB media playback. Entertainment system also supports AM/FM/Weather band and Sirius satellite radio.

 

Camera Display System

One of the many safety features of the R5000, the camera display system allows for camera mounting at key blind-spot points at rear of vehicles, side mirror placement or curb side detection. Image information can be automatically displayed on a large in-cab color display at preset actions (such as turn signal operation).

 

Navigation

Look up and route directly to specific addresses or points of

interest - including restaurants, hotels, gas stations, retail shops, or ATMs - while viewing their exact location on an electronic moving map. The Garmin powered navigation system has a “spoken text” voice prompt capability which can be used to identify turns by street name. These turn-by-turn voice cues are amplified through the RV’s audio system speakers, while the R5000 video display shows the street map. The unit comes pre loaded with detailed street mapping for all of North America.

 

Vehicle System Monitor

Direct J1939 connectivity and a large color display allow for easy viewing of essential vehicle information including engine data and HVAC information. The system also includes customizable alarm screens to inform drivers of out-of-range conditions.

 

Trip Computer

Customizable screens allow drivers to view requested trip information via easy to use menu selections. Trip information can be categorized for a specific route, for a specified time period (day, week, month, year) and includes a customizable display selection for vehicle maintenance schedules.

 

Tire Pressure Monitor

Recognizing the safety aspects as well as the cost implications of improper tire inflation, Lectronix has incorporated an easy to use, low cost, highly reliable, and highly accurate tire pressure sensing system into the R5000. Using wireless technology and an easy to read large color display, drivers are warned if tires on the RV or pulled vehicle fall outside of preset ranges and can easily monitor any one of the tires to determine real time tire pressure.

Download the newest software for the R5000! Click on the link below and choose "SAVE". Save the compressed ZIP file to a convenient place on your computer such as My Documents or the Desktop.

 

Software version 1.01.03 for non-American Coach only

 

Once you have downloaded the software, double click on it and UNZIP to a freshly formatted USB stick of at least 24MB. Insert the USB memory stick in the slot on the front of the R5000 and follow the on-screen instructions.
